Chrome Expression Session
The 2017 Chrome Expression Session is on next weekend! Join us, and hundreds of NZ's top carsas we cruise, race, drag, drift and just show off our cars at Hampton Downs Motorsport Park. Gates open 9am-7pm each day. Spectator tickets availableat the gate!
Friday 4th August - Setup
Safety Check/Registration/Drivers Briefing Only (No tracktime)
2pm – 6pm
Saturday 5th August
Safety Check/Registration/Drivers Briefing: 8am – 2pm
Track Time: 9am – 7pm
Sunday 6th August
Safety Check/Registration/Drivers Briefing: 8am – 11:30am
Track Time: 9am – 7pm
The event will go on rain or shine.
Bring warm clothes. You're welcome to set up a Gazebo or Ezyup around yourcar pit area - Just make sure it's secured down.
Strictly no Pets or Alcohol. All vehicles will be searched upon enteringHampton Downs Motorsport Park. Any alcohol will be confiscated and thrown away. Please leave it at home.
- Have your Drivers Licence AND Competitor Confirmation Number Ready.
- Know which Registration/Safety Check lane you need to be in.
- Passengers in your vehicle: Have your spectator entry feeready.
- Don't forget your Helmet and Safety gear for all non-Cruisingevents.

Registration will take place along the top car park at Hampton Downs Raceway. Please ensure you arrive withenough time to go through Registration, Safety Check and Drivers Briefing.
Friday Registration/Safety Check: You can now avoid the Saturday morning rush and get your car ready between 2pmand 6pm Friday afternoon.
Please note, Sessions are dependent on driver numbers. They may be cut short or extended throughout the weekend.Organisers have the rights to change up the timetable over the weekend and leading up to the event.

Passengers are allowed in the DYM (Drive Your Mates) sessions, however they will need to have the correctwristbands prior to getting into your car.
To get your Passenger Wristband, simply visit the wristband desk on the day. You will be required to make a goldcoin donation for charity.

Other Important information for Drivers
Chrome Expression Session has zero tolerance for alcohol. Random breath tests may take place over the weekend,and any driver with a blood alcohol reading of over 0.00 may have their Driver Pass removed.
All drivers and passengers must have your correct wristband on at all times. These are waterproof and may not beremoved over the weekend. If security or staff notice wristbands have been tampered with, you will be removed from the venue, or be made to purchaseanother one. If your wristband is removed due to misbehavior around the venue, no refunds or exchanges are given.
All drivers are required to wear enclosed shoes while on the track. For the following sessions (Burnouts,Drifting, Drag Racing, Roll Racing, Burnouts, Gymkhana, Circuit Racing etc), drivers are required to wear helmets and non-flammable clothing with fullcoverage from neck to ankles.
All drivers must hold a minimum Restricted license. If you wish to have passengers in your car, you need a fulllicense. WOF or Registration is not needed, however preferred.
