Children play, learn, and explore at
AccessCal's Summer Camp Program:
AccessCal's Summer Camp offered children the opportunity to learn and grow in a fun and exciting environment. Participants explored art, self-defense, nutrition, as well as drama and theater. They also took part in engaging, team-oriented activities, and field trips.
Children gained confidence through practical and professional self-defense instruction. They learned about the importance of a balanced diet through captivating games. Participants created their own works of art and were guided professionally through drama and theater sessions.
AccessCal's Summer Camp was aimed at encouraging children to express themselves on an individual level while gaining communication skills in a group setting. They developed skills through challenging and competitive games and cheerful, group activities as they prepare for the school year ahead.
Children enjoy the festivities of Eid through
AccessCal's Annual "Toys for Eid" Event:
With the support of our generous community members as well as our partnership with the Orange County Toy Collaborative (OCTC), over 300 children received brand new toys for Eid!. Each year AccessCal holds a fun-filled Toys for Eid celebration for local children to enjoy games, henna, face painting, treats, and much more. Children left the event extremely happy as they walked out with their toys.
Thank you to all the supporters and volunteers for the dedication and hard work to help deliver this event. It was a blessing to have seen those big smiles as we all experienced such a joyous gathering!
