Our next multi-course wine dinner will be on May 18th and will focus on some delicious varietals from Alsace. We are delighted to have Thomas Schlumberger, Schlumberger Winery's 7th generation owner, on site to lead us through this great wine line up.

Schlumberger Alsace Wine Dinner at Arugula
Thursday, May 18th at 6:30pm
Join us for a one of a kind food and wine experience hosted by Thomas Schlumberger, Schlumberger Winery's 7th generation owner. Established in 1810, Schlumberger is one of the most reliable and respected names from Alsace. The Schlumberger vineyards are the largest in Alsace, and one of the largest blocks of contiguous vineyards in France.
We are going to delve into five fabulous Schlumberger wines of Alsace, paired with a custom created menu by Chefs Alec Schuler, Jason Castle and Daniel Quinn, all inspired by the early spring ingredients from Boulder's local farms. Coming to you straight from the source, Thomas will lead us through this special flight and share his family's wine history, and vast knowledge of wine making in France and what makes the Alsace region so unique.

Arugula's New Spring Menu is Here!
We will be debuting our new spring menu on Tuesday April 11th. Same mediterranean flavors, but updated with our favorite spring ingredients. And don't forget about our awesome patio. This warm spring weather, calls for a cocktail on the patio. We have changed about 25% of the menu, but kept some old favorites. And, for Mussel lovers, there are now four Mussel preparations to choose from!
