June has been an exciting month for us: we've been featured on the Shopify app store and we announced our partnership with Shopify Plus.
Here's what we've added in Gorgias:
? Aircall integration
If you provide phone support with Aircall, you can log calls as tickets in Gorgias. The ticket displays what happened during the call, its duration, and the associated voicemail or recording.
The best bit: the call ticket is automatically associated with the right customer. This way, you can see all the customer info in the sidebar.
? Recharge integration
Recharge is a recurring payment app for Shopify. Connect your recharge account to Gorgias, and display the customer subscription. Insert Recharge variables in macros to tell customers where to update their subscription, and edit subscriptions in one click.
✉️ Ticket forwarding
If you need to share the content of a ticket with a person who doesn't use Gorgias, simply forward the ticket to them by email.
